Princess Piggy Poo reads “A Guinea Pig Pride & Prejudice”

Princess Piggy Poo Pride and PrejudiceSome folks like to read books that take them to places and introduce them to characters they wouldn’t otherwise be exposed to. Others prefer characters that they can relate to. Imagine Princess Piggy Poo’s delight when we received the book A Guinea Pig Pride & Prejudice for Christmas.

Highlights of the original tale by Jane Austen are presented in a picture book featuring adorable guinea pigs donning period costumes. If you think cavies are cute naked, you’ll get a kick out of them in Victorian finer wear.

Naturally, Princess Piggy Poo would like nothing better than to nibble every page. I guess you could say she’s a guinea pig with a voracious appetite for the cavy classics.

While I am a voracious reader, I have to admit that I am NOT a fan of the classics. Give me a good old novel, my own imagination, and off I go into another world. In this situation, a nice cavy picture book, I would make an exception . . . frankly, Princess Piggy Poo, I would love it! 🙂
