Princess Piggy Poo doesn’t seem to care that time is flying by. She has no idea that 2016 is here and will mark the fifth year of our family in October. Maybe on some level Princess Piggy Poo realizes that time is marching on and she isn’t as young as she used to be. Although, she appears to be the pretty and spry guinea pig she’s always been.
There are no cavy resolutions being made by Princess Piggy Poo. So she won’t be disappointed in herself if she doesn’t go on a diet, join a gym or bring about world peace. She continues to looks forward to lettuce, cilantro, cuddles and hay in 2016, the same way she always does.
Sometimes, I look at the sameness of Princess Piggy Poo’s life and feel sorry for her. But it isn’t fair to compare a cavy life to a human one. Watching Princess Piggy Poo live a reliably happy guinea pig life has taught me that contentment should definitely be on my resolution list.
Princess Piggy Poo wishes you contentment in 2016.
