Fall is Princess Piggy Poo’s favorite time of year. Even though the forecast is 99°F this Saturday, she knows cooler weather is coming. Princess Piggy Poo loves the sound of gridiron excitement on the television all weekend long, while the new season of TV programming fills each night. I’m not of fan of the shorter days that accompany autumn but Princess Piggy Poo enjoys going to sleep a little earlier and tapping on her water bottle bright and early every morning.
Princess Piggy Poo is preparing for the holidays that will start coming one after the other. She will be deciding her clever cavy costume for Halloween soon — maybe a ghoulish guinea pig, but probably a Princess. Since she doesn’t do candy, Thanksgiving is the holiday that brings Princess Piggy Poo the most gastronomical joy. Even a vegan can fill up on tasty treats that surround the big bird. Then the weekend after Thanksgiving kicks off Christmas. Our Snoopy greeter and colored lights will set a festive mood until Princess Piggy Poo finally gets to unwrap her cilantro.
But we are getting ahead of ourselves, fall just started and Princess Piggy Poo wants to savor every day. People say that Los Angeles doesn’t have seasons but they’re just not as astute as a guinea pig.
